A content audit is a thorough review of your current documentation and documentation processes.

 

Purpose

During a content audit, a Flow consultant reviews the current state of your documentation and provides you with an overview of current and future documentation needs. An important part of the audit is an estimate and optimization of content reuse.

A content audit proceeds in the following phases:
