About me

My academic journey began in Italy, where I studied languages with a deep curiosity about how culture shapes them and why. Recently, I relocated to Belgium with a suitcase full of curiosity (and, sadly, without my guitar) to pursue studies in Computer-Assisted Language Mediation, which I considered a natural extension that both deepened and broadened my previous studies. Along the way, I discovered a growing passion for technologies, creativity and the challenge of breaking down challenges into clear, understandable pieces (both for me and for others).
All these interests came to life during my internship at Flow, where I explored areas such as marketing and communication, while also being introduced to technical writing (a path where I still have much to learn). In many ways, my first technical writing lesson came from my father: he always told me true understanding means being able to explain a topic clearly to someone who has no prior knowledge. This idea has always guided my curiosity, driving me to keep exploring a subject until I can transform it into something easy for others to grasp.
Something else about me? I like to explore and dive head-first into challenges because āThe only way out is throughā.
The quick-fire question round
Flow: Software or hardware documentation?
Software! Untangling digital stuff is satisfying, kind of like solving a puzzle. The only hardware I feel confident āfine-tuningā is my guitar.
Flow: Internal or end-user documentation?
End-user docs seem more my style! I like helping people āget itā.
Flow: Agile or waterfall development?
Team Agile! Learning feels like an ongoing experiment, with lots of changes along the way, so sticking strictly to a script would feel too rigid for me.
Flow: Time travel to the past or the future?
Iād choose the future. Thereās a whole world of possibilities ahead, and Iām excited to explore whatās next rather than look back.
A glimpse of the future
For me, the future is all about improvement: growing my skills, learning from every experience, and becoming better at what I do.
