What makes you feel in a flow

(when you're not at Flow)?

This excerpt from my agenda says it all:

  1. Sports, preferably involving a racket and an après. Levels the cholesterol.

  2. Cooking, preferably with music blasting through the speakers and a whiskey sour within reach.

  3. Eating, preferably squid, cheese, and pigeon. Not necessarily combined, but why not.
