Coaching: Writing DITA content

A DITA implementation doesn’t end with training or the configuration of a CCMS. The real challenge begins when authors have to write, structure, reuse and publish content on a daily basis.

In this coaching programme, our DITA experts will guide your team through specific questions and real-world case studies. We review content and provide advice on information models, metadata, reuse and publication. In this way, your technical writers will develop their skills and your organisation will gradually move towards consistent, scalable and AI-ready documentation.
