What makes you feel in a flow (when you're not at Flow)?

Long, preferably solo hikes (1, 2). Feels like the perfect way to reconnect with myself.

Channeling my inner artist (3). I mostly use paint (on any surface) and ideally, without a fixed plan.

Spending time with my kids (4). Preferably surrounded by my village, though I can handle them on my own as well.

My happy places (5, 6). Did you know both have a lot in common?
