Workshop Word templates
and document models
What do you need to ensure that, when writing alongside your colleagues, your content forms a single, consistent whole rather than a patchwork of styles?
Templates are important for formatting your documents in Word with ease. There are styles for characters, paragraphs, lists and tables. Word also has content controls that exchange metadata information with SharePoint. You can also create your own toolbars for frequently used information or elements.
Document models go one step further and also provide you a content structure. Where do I start when drawing up a project plan or work instruction? What should I definitely not forget? How do I deal with safety information, and where do I put the process flow?
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use both templates and document models in a practical, hands-on way.
